Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the analysis of approaches to substantiation of rational organizational structure of a company implementing development projects in the construction sphere. It is demonstrated, that characteristics of the company’s organizational structure have an immediate influence on the efficiency of its activities, achievement of the goals set. The author substantiates the criterion, factors, and indicators of the development projects implementation efficiency.
