Abstract:

The article provides comprehensive analysis of the uncertainty factor influencing implementation of innovative projects in the economic environment of the Russian Federation. As one of the methods of reducing negative influence of risks, the author proposes a special optimization method – a genetic algorithm, the distinctive feature of which is the possibility of simultaneous manipulation with many parameters and generation of new solutions using various operators.
