Abstract:

The process of implementation of automated information system is described as a complex set of measures involving both separate areas of the company»s activities and operation of the organization as a whole. Based on the conducted analysis, the author proposes specific information technologies helping to speed up production and management processes and contributing to the growth of profits, reduction of costs.
