Abstract:

The author considers one of the most important topics in the theory and methodology of scientific management – ensuring organizational efficiency of the investment and construction companies’ operation. The author takes a company typology as a methodological approach to the analysis of this problem. Typological characteristics are considered from the perspective of their influence on the quality of management organization.
