Abstract:

The author considers the state, tendencies and challenges of staffing in the enterprises of investment and construction sector under the negative influence of the economic recession. The basic causal relationships between the characteristics of construction companies» personnel and resulting efficiency of their activities are identified and characterized. The analysis is made in the context of two basic concepts – human capital and organizational development.
