The problem of work measurement remains extremely urgent for the activity of construction organizations and requires a comprehensive methodological substantiation. Based on functional specialization of technical resources, the author describes the system of classification thereof, which is to be taken into account in measurement of various types of construction works. The author offers a mathematical apparatus for calculation of optimum parameters of applications for technical resources, which is developing the queuing theory provisions.
