There is developed the methodological approach according to assessment of possibilities and conditions of growing profitability of the business, by securing of circulating capital with equity and loan financial funds at growth of output. The offered method is focused on the real sector’s business with unloaded manufacturing capacity and advancing equity and loan financial funds in development of production. The factors influence on profitability of the business: changes of making production costs, financial expenses for payment of the credits, the lost profit, features of the modern taxation of the credit operations.
