Abstract:

The article contains a complex analysis of preparation and use of the budget management system in a construction company based on the process approach. The author substantiates the composition and conceptual characteristics of its stages, assesses the conditions of their efficient interrelation. Special focus is placed on formation of basic economic indicators determining the quality of all types of the budgets used.
