Abstract:

The Intellectual capital is a source and result of innovative activity of the organizations of the higher vocational training. In this connection identification and ordering of intellectual actives and resources for the purpose of their further use in the organization of innovative processes and maintenance of additional incomes becomes the primary goal of management of high schools.
