Abstract:

The article presents the results of quality management system (QMS) certification of domestic industrial enterprises in order to meet the requirements of ISO 9001. The author analyzes the ISO 9001 standard (State Standard R ISO 9001-2008), whose requirements are used for creating, certifying and improving QMS. He formulates recommendations aimed at further development of the QMS in the overall management system of industrial enterprise.
