Abstract:

The article describes the mechanism for strategic planning of innovation development of industrial enterprise by planning changes of its production system. The author considered features of assessing the enterprise potential for strategic planning purposes; an algorithm for the planning is proposed, detailed on the main stages of the formation of area of strategic change.
