Abstract:

Organizational development is a complex of measures to empower the entity to resolve its internal problems and ensure a high level of adaptation to the changing external conditions. For those organizations that want to operate successfully for a long time it is inevitable to repeatedly overcome critical points. However, a skilful change management and quite a favorable external environment can make these crises quite smooth and not outwardly apparent.
