Abstract:
Modern business can not function efficiently only on the basis of economic laws and legal forms. Necessarily, moral and ethical stabilizers should be present. The article proves the idea that ethical norms do not merely add to business certain traditions and principles that lie outside the economic and legal rules, but they
are an integral part of the market relations functioning. At the same time they reduce the degree of the overall risk.
