At the present stage, much attention is paid to the notion of effective management of social and economic systems. Effectiveness is a difficult category, which in very general terms reflects the benefits-costs ratio of any system’s functioning. Nevertheless, there is no single approach to the concepts of system’s effective performance and management. A further development of this issue is required.
