The article reveals the concept of reproduction of labor resources as a process of continuous provision of industry with professionals of the working age who have special training and participate in the production process of agro-industrial complex. The author identifies factors that adversely affect the reproduction of the rural labor resources, and the measures that can reduce this impact.
