Relationships built by the developer with interest-holders, are one of the main factors determining the dynamics of housing construction. the law of share holding has been introduced, it was for the first time that at the legislative level the guarantees have been identified to protect the rights of citizens who invest in the construction. Due to enacting the law, the pre-existing bias in favor of the developer rights was adjusted and so far there is a balance of their rights.
