Abstract:

Development of the medical industry should be based on a complex of innovative technologies and the intellectual capital as competition primary factors. t will allow to make hi-tech Russian production and to provide the population and medical institutions with modern, effective, safe medical products and products of medical appointment. Developments of the medical industry include, first of all, formation of innovative structure of management by all medical the industry.
