Abstract:

The article assesses the existing classification of financial investment criteria. The author suggests new criteria, applying which in disclosing financial statements would enhance their credibility and transparency. In conditions of uncertainty and the global crisis it has a particular importance as it improves the investment attractiveness of organizations.
