Abstract:

Article outlines the major problems associated with the transition to a post-industrial organization of society under modern conditions of coming out of the crisis. Analyzed different indicators used to measure innovation activity at different levels, proposed a conceptual model for integrated assessment of the effectiveness of the innovative components of industrial policy.
