Abstract:

Currently, several housing programs are implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan. Each specialized organization does the explanatory work with the population on its own. However, none of the organizations has the ful information on all the housing perchase schemes. Thus, there is a need to develop and implement effective mechanisms for information and explanatory activities, including centers for housing education.
