Abstract:

The article examines issues of professional competence of Russianmanagers; focuses on the problem of selection of tools and management methods to enhance the development of domestic enterprises in the modernization of the management paradigm; gives is the author's model of choice-effective management tool for industrial enterprises and in this aspect, the rationale being the need for preliminary assessment level of competence of its leadership.
