Abstract:

The article describes the features of investment projects on modernization of technical base of infocommunicational complex of Russia. The most important of these are capital intensity, considerable lag between the time to invest in an investment project and the return on them; increase in the demand for quality services, reducing the time the life cycle of technologies, a high payback period, the need to perform work on individual design, high level of risk.
