Abstract:

Organization of recycling production and consumption wastes in the contemporary economic science receives more and more attention. Despite a significant advance achieved by domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners in this field, the organization of recycling waste and secondary material resources requires the development of modern and conceptua approaches that take into consideration the complex nature of the problem.
