Abstract:

The article deals with the calculation of private rates of return on education on the basis of surveys of external students, taking into account geographical factors and the variable "human capital", describing the characteristics of self-esteem of workers. Authors show the statistically significant impact of education, experience, personal characteristics and regional characteristics on wages.
