The article examines an important problem of the theory of administrative and public management – management performance. The author suggests a methodology for assessing the performance by the basic criteria. The methodology is based on the mathematical tools, describing such management performance indicators as efficiency, productivity and quality. The author recommends the developed management performance indicators and the criteria for their evaluation.
