Abstract:

The article considers the issues of reproducing the human potential in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area and analyzes the impact of demographic trends on the labor market. The author suggests a number of measures that could affect the migration process and change the balance of the age groups in the direction of increasing the working-age population.
