Abstract:

Special role in solving the problem of increasing economic growth plays the development of small innovative businesses in the scientific-technical sphere. It is the most dynamic sector of the innovation economy. The author examines factors that encourage and impede the introduction of innovative technologies, as well as the obstacles themselves. Structural and technological changes necessary to improve economic growth, requires a partnership of small business and the state in science, technology and innovation through a broad mobilization of extrabudgetary resources and create an infrastructure to support innovative entrepreneurship.
