Abstract:

The article explores in detail business processes of a spa, arranged by function. Based on the analysis the author identifies efficiency indicators in order to manage labor productivity. The key indicators of administration are defined. To improve labor productivity the author suggests to use a control quadrant, which determines the objectives and tasks assigned to the spa employees.
