Abstract:

The article deals with the effects assessment and cost analysis during the initial public offering. On the basis of foreign and domestic experiences the author suggests: – a method to determine the effect of underestimating the shares size; – an option for assessing the effect of long-term inefficiency; – a model for estimating the effect of activation in the hot markets; – a structural plan of cost analysis; – a program for automatic analysis of the IPO costs compatible with the SAP information system.
