The article deals with the principle of forming the concept of managing high-tech enterprise based on innovative changes in competitive strategy. The role of management of innovation changes occurring in the conditions of modification of competitive strategy is determined. The authors offer the mechanism of transformation of the competitive strategy of high-tech companies in the investment project on the basis of innovative changes. They grounded approaches to management in the implementation of the transformed competitive strategy, permitting more efficient and effective functioning of the enterprise. They consider activities of management to ensure the growth of market value and improving the intellectual capital of companies in the turbulent economic conditions.
