Abstract:

The last decade of the XX century is often called the new economy. This new economy is associated with many social and economic changes, among which the most important one is the growing impact of science and technology on the level and quality of life. The article, by the example of TuvIKOPR SB RAS developments, considers a method of assessing the implementation of the new energy echnologies.
