Abstract:

The Russian market of marine engineering, which is being formed now, is characterized by a high level of secrecy due to the historical prevalence of naval shipbuilding and not clear economic relations in the chain “the foreign manufacturer – Russian supplier - Russian customer”. The article focuses on Russian suppliers of imported equipment for shipbuilding and discusses how to optimize their business architecture.
