Abstract:

The Republic of Tatarstan, one of the first has started using the public sector in the implementation of social policies. The most tangible results were achieved by non-profit organizations in solving the housing problem. To date, the republic has accumulated a rich experience of non-profit suppliers of housing, providing its mass offer.
