Abstract:

The article examines the issue of forming competitiveness of enterprises on the basis of managerial capacity in the northern region of Russia. The author suggests a strategy of development of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Ugra. According to the author, the correct choice of the strategy for developing the managerial capacity of the personnel can improve the efficiency of economic processes in the region.
