Abstract:

Today the Bank of Russia with a complex of different methods and mechanisms of regulation stands as a competition regulator in the banking sector. Solely administrative methods of regulation of the inter-bank competition used by the Central Bank are inefficient in modern conditions, it is necessary to apply economic methods as well.
