Abstract:

Using the Delphi method, which involves an expert evaluation, the author tries to forecast the prospects and the directions of development of mass catering in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The experts were the leading restaurateurs of the republic. As the result, the article reveals the preferences of the residents of Kazakhstan, identifies trends in the restaurant business and makes forecasts relating to risk management. This study will be especially valuable for those who are willing to practically develop their business in mass feeding (catering) in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
