Abstract:

According to the authors, the modernization of the national economy is a global national project, which is strategic and structurally balanced. But in order to implement it, it is necessary to understand and solve the serious problems of today. The main of these problems is the high degree of instability of the Russian economy due to its overheating or the rapid growth to the detriment of stability. How can we overcome the instability?
