Abstract:

The article deals with organizational aspects of managing large-scale innovative construction projects. The author suggests a comprehensive mechanism for managing such projects, considering their features and allowing to manage innovations within the project, increase efficiency and coordination of the key business processes, reduce organizational risks and provide cost savings for the operation of the organizational structure. The material is addressed to the heads of large projects and professionals who need to reinvigorate a project in case of detecting long-term negative trends in its implementation.
