Abstract:

Modern processes of social relations are characterized by permanent iterative changes of formal and informal market rules. In such a dynamic environment small enterprises have to develop management schemes aimed at adapting of the institutions to the actual requirements. The article presents the general scheme of strategic decision making at a small enterprise, taking into account the dynamic changes of the market rules.
