Abstract:

The problem of comprehensive modernization of the economy, which is especially acute at this stage in Russia, has deep roots and it appeared a long time ago. Its gist is in the formation of a new, modern, free of monopoly and bureaucracy competitive economy, ensuring the functioning of an effective mechanism of mutua demand for innovations in order to constantly upgrade and offer new products in engineering and technology.
