Abstract:

The article examines the issues of improving competitiveness of the Russian economy through the development of tourism-and-recreation business, and its entry in the global tourism market. The author proves the need to use the cluster approach to the management of domestic tourism and recreation business, and formulates the basic principles of formation and development of tourism-andrecreation cluster.
