Abstract:

At the present stage achievement of strategic objectives with the project approach for the Russian retail networks turns into an instrument of transition to an innovative way of development. At the same time various programs are being brought about and the critical importance among them belongs to the regional expansion, allowing the organization to grow extensively and develop a business model that focuses on the use of innovations and strengthening competitive advantage.
