Abstract:

With the increasing operational efficiency of the enterprise by means of optimization of individual functions and structural departments, one cannot achieve substantial results. The company is a single integrated organism, which includes various functions and departments, but they can be seen only in mutual respect and the very distinction between the functions and units should not be undertaken arbitrarily, but based on the very essence of the enterprise.
