Abstract:

The article examines the conceptual approach to assessing the economic efficiency of diversification of entrepreneurial activity. The author defines the target parameters and indicators of efficiency of diversification as an investment and innovation process. The value gap is taken as the main criterion parameter of assessing the effectiveness of diversification.
