Abstract:

The article considers the main practical models for organizing small and medium enterprises in the form of groups. The author reveals the pros and cons of establishing new enterprises, the use of schemes of indirect control and cross-ownership. These elements of organizational structure are viewed through the prism of corporate development. The author defines the order in which they should be applied to support a sustainable growth and promote the company’s competitive advantage.
