Abstract:

The relationship between companies in the cluster is described well by the games theory. Parties in cluster relationship often face the necessity to choose between cooperation and competition. This situation is modeled by the prisoner»s dilemma, where the players when making decisions on the basis of the gain-maximizing strategy, do not choose the optimal solution according to Pareto. Examination of solutions to this dilemma can allow increasing efficiency of the cluster and сompetitiveness of the region.
