Abstract:

At present Russia faces a problem of transition to a knowledge economy. The formation of this economy is determined by the allocation of priority directions, which include education and science, health, culture, information and communication technologies, innovations. All this opens up new opportunities for development of small business and expansion of its socio-economic functions, and this article is dedicated to all of this offering to pay attention for the entire magazine readership.
