In the conditions of internationalization and globalization of the world economic space there is a regularity of advance development of a globalizing infrastructure over the national markets of medical services, which leads to the increased exposure to external factors. It is due to the increasing openness of the global economy, lesser mobility of medical services compared to other goods and services, local monopolism, macroeconomic opportunities of social policies of the national states and expansion of non-market segment of health care.
