With the rapid development of services and increase of its share in the economy the problem of statistical estimation of activities in this area has become very urgent. To describe quantitatively the scope of human services as a sector of the economy, as well as single segments belonging to it, to define its role and place in the national economy allows an approach based on the calculation of integral index - a coefficient of macroeconomic transformation of human services.
