Abstract:

The article analyses location of enterprises of light industry in Russia and the influence of the global financial crisis on the dynamics of the industry’s development in 2009. The author draws a conclusion that enterprises of the branch have a development potential and it could be significantly increased by means of applying nanotechnologies.
